The B2B SaaS Demand Generation Playbook We Use for Every Client
After running demand generation for dozens of SaaS companies, we've distilled what works into a repeatable framework. Here it is.

Why Most SaaS Demand Gen Fails
The most common mistake is running bottom-of-funnel campaigns to cold audiences. You can't ask someone to book a demo if they've never heard of you and don't understand why they need your product.
The Three-Layer Framework
Layer 1 — Awareness: Category-level content that creates the problem your product solves. Target your ICP broadly. Measure reach and engagement, not conversions.
Layer 2 — Consideration: Product-level content that positions your solution against alternatives. Retarget Layer 1 audiences. Measure content engagement and email sign-ups.
Layer 3 — Conversion: Demo and trial offers to warm audiences only. This is where you spend the majority of your budget — but only to people who've moved through Layers 1 and 2.
The Patience Problem
This framework takes 60-90 days to start compounding. Most teams abandon it after 30. The ones who stick with it consistently outperform short-term conversion campaigns within a quarter.
